Mr Tan Ser Ping
Chief Executive Officer

Mr Tan Ser Ping works with the Board of Directors to determine the business strategies and plans for the strategic development of A-REIT. He works closely with the members of the A-REIT team to ensure that A-REIT is operated in accordance with the stated business strategy. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development & Investment of Ascendas Pte Ltd. Before joining Ascendas, Mr Tan Ser Ping was the Senior General Manager for the Residential & Commercial Business Group of China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Company Ltd. He also held senior positions in various banks. Mr Tan Ser Ping holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom and is a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) graduate from the National University of Singapore.

 

Mr Tan Tuan Hong
Chief Financial Officer

Mr Tan Tuan Hong has over 20 years of financial experience gained in being responsible for the control and planning functions for various companies in the manufacturing, retail & distribution as well as services industries. Prior to joining Ascendas-MGM Funds Management Ltd, Tuan Hong served as the Asia Pacific Financial Controller of a NASDAQ-listed company with principal activities in Internet Business Exchange. Tuan Hong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master degree in Business Administration from Manchester Business School (UK). He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and a member of the British Computer Society.

 

Mr Kevin Lee
Chief Investment Officer

Mr Kevin Lee is responsible for the investment strategies of A-REIT. Prior to joining the Manager, Mr Kevin Lee was a Director at an international property consultant where he has served corporate clients and banks involving assets appraisal and also investment advisory. Mr Kevin Lee is a licensed valuer and also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Management from University of Reading, United Kingdom.

 

Foo Pei Teng
Senior Investment Manager, Team Head

Pei Teng is responsible for developing investment and asset management strategies for A-REIT's business, science park and warehouse retail properties. Prior to joining the Manager, Pei Teng was a Business Development Manager with Ascendas Pte Ltd. She was involved in the evaluation of several regional real estate development and investment deals in Korea, Australia and the Philippines. Pei Teng graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree in Financial Analysis from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from National University of Singapore.

Ms Maria Theresa Belmonte
Legal Counsel & Compliance Manager

Ms Maria Theresa Belmonte's responsibilities include providing legal advice in all areas within A-REIT including legal documentation for acquisitions. She also serves as the Compliance Manager for A-REIT and assists in A-REIT's corporate secretarial matters. She was an in-house legal counsel in a SGX-listed company and prior to that was a practicing lawyer. She has previous experience in the areas of real property law, corporate secretarial work and corporate work. Ms Belmonte was called to the Singapore Bar after graduating with an LL.B (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Vincent Lee
Portfolio Manager (Light Industrial Properties)

Mr Vincent Lee is responsible for developing asset management strategies and plans for A-REIT's light industrial properties. He has over 10 years of experience in the property industry. Prior to his appointment with the Manager, Mr Vincent Lee held various positions with Suntec City Development and Knight Frank, spanning diverse areas such as property sales, leasing, research and analysis. Most recently, he served as Asset Analyst of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments ("LLREI") Pte Ltd, where he oversaw asset management of high-tech industrial space owned by a LLREI-managed wholesale fund. Mr Vincent Lee holds a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Adelaide and a Master of Real Estate from the University of New South Wales, Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, Canada.

 

Mr Roy Teo
Portfolio Manager (Logistics)

Mr Roy Teo is responsible for developing asset management strategies and plans for A-REIT's portfolio of logistics & distribution centres. Prior to his appointment with the Manager, Mr Roy Teo was the Assistant Manager of Business Development at Keppel Logistics Pte Ltd. He has over five years of experience in the logistics industry in areas including finance, accounting, project management and business development in Singapore and regionally. Mr Roy Teo holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Applied Accountancy from Oxford Brookes University and is an Affiliate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

 

Ms Doris Lim
Asset Manager (Hi-Tech Industrial)

Ms Doris Lim is responsible for developing asset management strategies and plans for A-REIT's hi-specifications industrial properties. Prior to her appointment with the Manager, Doris has worked with leading industrial public & private developers including JTC Corporation. She has over 11 years of experience in areas of marketing, lease & facility management, investment and overall asset management of industrial, logistics, commercial & residential properties. Doris graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
