	Mr Lew Syn Pau Chairman Mr Lew has extensive corporate and banking experience in the public and private sectors. He is the Managing Director of international executive search consultancy, Stanbridge International Pte Ltd,and Director of financial consulting and corporate search firm, Capital Connections Pte Ltd. He is also the President of the Singapore Manufacturers’ Federation, and sits on the boards of numerous listed companies. Previously, Mr Lew was a Member of Parliament (1998 – 2001) and the Chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committee for National Development (1997-2000)

	Ms Chong Siak Ching Director Ms Chong is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ascendas Pte Ltd. She sits on the boards of Ascendas Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries, and is a member on the board of the Singapore Tourism Board. Ms Chong is one of Singapore's three representatives to the APEC Business Advisory Council. Previously Jurong Town Corporation’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer, she has extensive experience in business space management.

	Mr Benedict Kwek Gim Song Independent Director Mr Kwek is the Chairman of Korvacs Payment Systems Services, a private company providing payment infrastucture services to financial institutions. He is also a director of Evans & Peck (Singapore) Pte Ltd and NTUC Club and is a director and Chairman of NTUC Choice Homes Co-Operatives Ltd's Audit Committee. Mr Kwek, with 32 years of banking experience, was formerly the President and CEO of Keppel TatLee Bank Ltd. He was a director of Jurong Port Pte Ltd and Chemical Industries Far East Ltd.

	Mr Swee Kee Siong Director Mr Swee is the Chairman of the Investment Committee of Ascendas India IT Parks Trust. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers. He has over 28 years of experience in planning, developing, marketing and managing industrial estates, business and science parks in Singapore. Mr Swee was a member of URA Master Plan Committee from 1995 to 1998, the Chief Executive Officer of Ascendas Singapore operations and the Singapore Science Park, and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Jurong Town Corporation.

	Mr David Wong Cheong Fook Independent Director Mr Wong is a director on the boards of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd, Pan-United Marine Ltd, LMA International NV, Banking Computer Services Pte Ltd, BCS Information Services Pte Ltd, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad and Bank of Singapore Ltd, and is the Chairman of EM Services Pte Ltd. He is also on the board of the Housing & Development Board.
